Problems with pesticides analysis

Abstract Changing response is often caused by injector activity towards the components of interest. Some pesticides are thermo-sensitive and may show (partial) degradation in the injector.
Liner activity may cause adsorbtion in the liner which has a critical effect on reproducibility of the analysis.
